Southern Wedding: The Wise Way

Tyler Hein and Colleen Wise tied the knot on July 31st in a beautiful Catholic ceremony at St. Brigid's in Alpharetta. Despite the 95+ degree temps, this wedding party was one of the most fun groups to party with that we've met in a long time, resulting in me ALMOST getting a surprise ride to the after-party when I couldn't get off the bus past the dancing groomsmen. Thanks again to my fabulous 2nd shooter, Josh and my assistant extraordinaire, Julie, who always makes sure car's AC is on full blast before I get in to drive to the reception. Here's to an awesome wedding and a great team! Many happy years to Tyler and Colleen.

From Classic To Modern: Andrea & Clay

Andrea and Clay have been one of my favorite couples to work with, from our fun engagement shoot together in Athens to a super classy wedding with some glamorous modern twists. We started out at the Cathedral of Christ the King with a beautiful traditional ceremony (but Andrea, underneath her gorgeous beaded gown, surprised her guests by walked down the cathedral aisle in the sparkliest Jimmy Choo pumps I've ever seen). From there, we moved down Peachtree to the uber-posh W Hotel Midtown for a reception 27 floors up into the Atlanta skyline. The only part of the evening I would change? The part where the maid-of-honor, Andrea's sister Erin, made me cry with her sweet, sincere toast. I hate crying on the job! Hope you're having a blast in Hawaii, can't wait to design this album when you get back.
